This project is a branded narrative animation created for De Beers, presented as a large-scale architectural facade mapping on the historic 175-year-old exterior of Waitanyuan No.1 in Shanghai.

Rooted in the philosophical essence of De Beers’ Forces of Nature High Jewelry collection, the creation intertwines the raw, untamed vitality of Southern Africa with the profound historical depth of modern architecture.

The visual development departs from traditional realism, opting for geometric abstraction and flat design to deconstruct eight spirit animals from the collection. Static jewelry pieces are transformed into totemic geometric characters, brought to life on the building’s facade through sharp silhouettes and a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow.
