野宴 · Witches Uninvited

This series of visual poetic shorts adopts the fairy tale imagery of Sleeping Beauty as its narrative framework, drawing inspiration from the historical intersections and life trajectories of three legendary dancers: Isadora Duncan, Anna Pavlova, and Tamara Karsavina.

Each of the 21 animated vignettes corresponds to a specific verse, depicting the diverse facets of the dancers' self-will as it evolves through stages of rebellion, martyrdom, and awakening. Through the fluid transition of poetic imagery, the series encapsulates the divine, eternal, and indestructible vitality inherent in this diversity.
